It is possible to control the level of difficulty of AIs by creating AI rosters. These rosters are saved and can be applied to any AI session.

Roster and individual driver names are editable although a Roster has already been created.

Create an AI Roster (00:34)

It is possible to change the following for every single AI: Name, Car and Driver Paints, Car Model, Relative Skill (an AI’s relative difficulty with respect to the field’s average difficulty), Aggression, Optimism, Smoothness, Age (we do not know if that matters), Pit Crew Skills (affects pit stop time), and Pitting Strategy Riskiness.
